Forever Fit Kids is dedicated to educating and motivating children to make healthy choices and live a healthy lifestyle. We specialise in exercise programming for kids and early learning development.

We acknowledge the psychological benefits of physical activity, teach fundamental movement skills, fitness test students, implement and monitor exercise programs to improve overall fitness.

Our extensive research combined with our experienced team ensures that we create a warm but challenging learning environment throughout our programs. We hope to inspire, motivate and teach positive values and allow kids to build a passion for fitness.

A healthy child is more likely to become a healthy adult! It is important to implement and focus on the right habits at an early age to subsequently become “Forever Fit Kids”.

Our Team

Felicia

Dance & Music Coordinator

Felicia is a professional performer with a passion for arts who has been in the performing arts industry for over six years. She has been teaching dance for eight years to students ranging ages between two and twenty. At such a young age, Felicia became exceptional at her craft.  She began to prioritise sharing her knowledge and experiences to upcoming generations through music and dance, hoping others could feel the joy it brings to her every day.

Her experience working with children taught her the best ways to interact with a child. She is engaging and enthusiastic, with a contagious smile that lights up the room. Felicia is continually learning strategies to engage each and every child to be a team player, a respectful learner and explore creativity through the magic of dance and activities.

Stephen

Director

Stephen has completed a tertiary education at the University of Western Sydney, finishing his Bachelor of Health Science (Exercise & Sport Science). He is a qualified personal trainer holding his Certificate III & IV in Personal Training. For the past ten years he has coached and mentored thousands of children and made an impact on their health and fitness. Inspired by his work, he founded Forever Fit Kids in 2016 hoping to expand his platform and pave a path for children to develop a passion about the importance of building healthy habits from a young age.

Stephen is constantly researching new evidence-based material to incorporate into his company and make Forever Fit Kids an unforgettable experience for each individual. Through his unique programming and enthusiastic delivery of each session, he creates a fun, playful learning environment.

Katherine

Programming Coordinator

Katherine is currently completing her Master’s in Education and is trained as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT). She has over five years of experience in the Child Care and Primary School sectors. Katherine ensures that our programs are aligned with the Early Learning Years Framework (ELYF) and the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).

Katherine’s understanding of these guidelines builds a strong foundation throughout our programs and enhances learning at Forever Fit Kids. She loves to teach children of all ages the importance of teamwork, following instruction and the basic fundamentals that are vital throughout life.

Jasmine

Dance & Music Instructor

Jasmine a current second year student at the University of Sydney studying Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy). She is continuingly learning the theory behind child development as well as effective strategies to promote engaged listening and motor planning and sequencing, which she has been able to transfer into her work at Forever Fit Kids.

With extensive training in the performing arts from the age of two, she has been fortunate enough to have had many opportunities in teaching children aged one and sixteen dance and singing. Her experience on the Nick Jr Pre-school show ‘READY SET DANCE’ has enhanced her ability to engage and connect with children and create a safe environment to learn and grow. She is passionate about children developing coordination, teamwork and creativity skills in a fun, interactive and animated way.

Peter

Coach

Peter is an aspiring professional footballer with A-League Youth and NPL1 experience. While chasing his dreams of being a professional footballer, he is also studying a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Western Sydney.

His drive and ambition to reach his goals manifests into his sessions and always inspires kids to achieve their full potential. Coaching kids for over four years, Peter’s enthusiastic approach keeps kids engaged and always wanting to learn more at Forever Fit Kids.

Will

Coach

Will has passionately been playing sports for as long as he can remember. His love for exercise and movement inspired him to study Bachelor of Chiropractic Science at Macquarie University. Will has completed various coaching courses in Football and Futsal.

This has given him the pathway to work in the Trinity Grammar School Football program and coaching Futsal at the highest level with Enfield All Stars. With over five years coaching experience, Will brings a great depth of knowledge to our team at Forever Fit Kids and is continuously learning new coaching methods.
