Our Basketball program focuses on teaching children to bounce, throw, catch and shoot the basketball through various activities and exercises developing their ball handling and hand-eye coordination.
Our AFL program focuses on teaching children to throw, catch and kick the footy. The ball is not round so the bounce will help increase reflexes, ball handling, foot-eye and hand-eye coordination.
Gross Motor Fitness consists of a wide range of games and activities which get the whole body moving. It tests balance, critical thinking, decision-making and overall fitness.
Our engaging Dance & Music sessions include a wide range of songs, dances and musical instruments! We teach rhythm, hand-eye & foot-eye coordination, fun and different ways our body can move.
We are so excited to be introducing golf as a brand new sport to our program. It challenges different gross and fine motor skills and allows children to discovering new movement patterns.
