Day Care

Forever Fit Kids multi-sport and fitness day care program focuses on fundamental principles, such as educating and implementing healthy habits including physical, cognitive, psychological and social development.

Our program is suitable for kids aged from 2-5 years. We modify the length of our programs to suit your centre and customise our programs to align with the EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework).

Soccer

Our soccer sessions focus on teaching children to control, dribble and kick the ball through various activities and exercises developing their balance and foot-eye coordination.

Basketball

Our Basketball sessions focus on teaching children to bounce, throw, catch and shoot the basketball through various activities and exercises developing their ball handling and hand-eye coordination.

AFL

Our AFL sessions focus on teaching children to throw, catch and kick the footy. The ball is not round so the bounce will help increase reflexes, ball handling, foot-eye and hand-eye coordination.

Fitness

Gross Motor Fitness consists of game based learning including activities which get the whole body moving. It tests balance, critical thinking, decision-making and overall fitness.

Hockey

Our hockey sessions focus on gripping the hockey stick, striking, receiving, and moving the puck in different ways. Great for improving hand eye coordination and learning the fundamentals of hockey.

Cricket

Our cricket sessions focus on gripping the bat, striking the ball, throwing, and catching with fun target games. Great for improving hand eye coordination and learning the fundamentals of cricket.

Golf

Our golf sessions introduce the children to the fundamentals of golf with modified equipment. It challenges different gross and fine motor skills and allows children to discovering new movement patterns with striking the ball with different clubs.
