The Forever Fit Kids School Program develops children’s passion for an active lifestyle.
Exercise Programs
Our exercise programs have been developed from science and evidence based research to optimise the best possible outcomes. They align with the Board of Studies curriculum and accommodate for children at different levels of fitness and physical condition.
Fundamental Movement Skills
Children learn the fundamental movements and exercises to develop overall fitness. Each session is structured for 40 minutes and runs on a termly basis in-line with the NSW state school curriculum.
Variety
The program includes different combinations of exercises and activities that target various components of fitness.
Program Outcomes
The program will help children develop on their new and exsisting skills.
Achievable Goals
Setting new and acheivable goals that they can progress on.
New Exercises
Learn new exercises and develop on exsisting exercises and skills.
Teamwork Skills
Improve teamwork skills as well as taking leadership and increasing self confidece.
