Fitness Testing

Why do fitness testing? There are many benefits of fitness testing. The most important is to establish the strengths and weaknesses of those being tested.

Testing results are compared to our normative data which gives an indication of where an individual stands based on their age and sporting code. This gives our trainers insight to calculate optimum methods to increase an individual’s physical abilities through specific exercise programs.

Consistent testing allows us to regularly modify exercise programs that continue to challenge individual’s.

Who Can We Test?

We have a variety of sport specific tests which are great for teams and academies. We offer a battery of tests ideal for schools as part of the PDHPE curriculum.
